Rules and Tags

Hello - I have searched through your forums and can find no reference to any assistance or suggestions setting up rules and tags in Enterprise Delegate.

 

Help files are extremely vague at best where it covers rules and tags.

 

I feel like if I could just talk to some one for about 15 minutes, I could get the help I need. I have left a call back number for Technical Support.
