Files Open in Windows Media Player

I am new to using Express Scribe and am having difficulties loading files. I was given a transcription assignment whereby I log into CrowdFlower and complete daily tasks. What is happening is that the audio is automatically opening in window's media player and I cannot figure out how to open it in ES. I have seen people say something about dragging it and dropping it in ES to open it there, but I see no way of doing that. Open to any suggestions!!
