Wits end - 4 emails to support no response???

Ok well purchased Express scribe, dictate and installed trial version of delegate. I have 'gold support' but as of now I have received no response what so ever to my emails, so forced to post this in desperation. My issue is delegate receives the dictation but de not deliver it to the scribe user. Tried and tested everything but just will not show dictations in scribe. On the delegate web interface shows dictations and transcripts listed under each user correctly, all logins work.

 

Anybody help me here, as the present support is just a joke, one week no response other than 'thanks for contacting nch' email.

 

Giving NCH 3 more days then getting my money back.
