speedy553
I received a .ds2 extension file dictated on an Olympus recorder. Olympus has a proprietary format on .ds2 files. Express Scribe says it converts them, but it doesn't. I need to know how to convert .ds2 files to .dss files AFTER I have received them. I don't have access to the computer where the dictation was sent through Express Dictate so I can't change the settings. This is very aggravating. I have spent hours trying different programs to convert these files to no avail. Thanks for any help.
AltoUSA
Hello, Please note that DS2 is not on the list of support file formats for Express Scribe: http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html NCH Software does give an explanation and method of converting .DS2 files for Express Scribe Users here: http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/1769.html AltoUSA
