Can we improve the delay?

Hello,

 

I searched through the FAQ's, it says that there is a delay due to your connectivity. However, when I look up my connection properties I have a great connection. I have Verizon FIOS Fiber Optics and a Wireless Router. My "Speed" is 65.0 MBPS, I don't have a slow connection when connecting to the internet. The Audio quality sounds great, Is there a way to improve the 15 second delay?
