Suggestions to improve this program

There are a few things that are to be desired with this program to improve it's reliability and usefulness. First, having an option for voxal create it's own virtual recording device that listens to the active microphone and outputs the processed sound (this program doesn't work with programs like steam voice chat and rarely works with skype). Second, an option to set a small delay to allow the software more time to process the sound and therefore use less resources (pitch shifter uses so much resources it makes speech garbled). Third, configurable hotkeys for things like bypass, maybe a few hotkeys to quick switch between a select few presets. Fourth, some sort of easily visible status indicator that relays information like if the program is successfully processing sound, and if bypass mode or mute is active.

 

Having any one of these options implemented would greatly increase the use I get out of this.
