jayshiyani Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 I have a 58mm thermal printer, when selecting small receipt and 58mm from drop down the receipt prints out but is cutting off on the right hand side changed margins but no luck still cuts off value... Please help!! I purchased this printer as coppers said its compatible.. Had I know I wouldn't have... Please help Thanks in advance. Sidecutter Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 I'm using Copper 1.28 which is the latest current release, and having this exact same problem. Even adjusting sizes, margins, and having the printer reduce the printout size to 75% doesn't help, it still comes out with part of it cut off. I'm using a Citizen CMP-20 printer, brand new.
