INFO/OPTION Problems with Vonage UK

We have the gateway installed and working in the UK with three providers: Vonage, InPhonex and SipGate. They work fine apart from Vonage - when calling from a PBX extension to a UK telephone number, the call lasts for 66 seconds before terminating. Looking at the SIP packets going from the gateway to Vonage, it seems that Vonage do not respond to Axon's INFO or OPTION requests, which causes the gateway to end the call prematurely, assuming that the server has disconnected the call. Is there any way we can configure the gateway to only require a INFO/OPTION response from the client OR the server to keep the call open, as opposed to both the client AND the server? Is there any other solution to this problem?
