davinn Posted October 22, 2013 Share Posted October 22, 2013 My Express Scribe Pro emits very poor sound quality. I've tried the noise reduction routine and it doesn't help. I'd like to try uninstalling and reinstalling. Can someone please tell me how to do this? I emailed Support and got no response. Thank you.
