Shop4Tackle Posted September 30, 2013 Share Posted September 30, 2013 Can somebody please tell me how the hell I can reset invoice numbers? I have tried going in to "Preferences" "Numbering" "Sales Numbering" and reset that to 10000 but when ever I go to Invoice, create new, it starts from 10001? I have tried every numbering possible 100, 1000, 10000, 100000 and even 0 but for some reason I can not get it to save and reset .... If I press OK and Cancel it goes back to 10000 no matter what number I put in the boxes in numbering I have deleted all the test invoices etc and the program is clean Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
