Hi Ian,

 

I apologize, I've looked up your initial ticket (and the subsequent ones) and it looks like it unfortunately fell through the cracks on our end. Our goal in NCH technical support is to respond to all tickets in 24 hours or less, and paid tickets in 8 hours or less. Sometimes we have a flood of paid support tickets and this causes our free support response times to suffer -- it appears that happened in this case.

 

I've arranged for a support technician to call you in your time zone tomorrow morning to address the concerns of each of your tickets. Thank you very much for your patience.
