Invoice "disapear" or over write by other new invoice with same invocie number

What version of Express Invoice are you currently using?


When did you first notice this behavior?


Does this behavior seem to occur with any predictability? (e.g., Is it always happening to the same customers' invoices? Does it occur with paid invoices only?)
