Invoice "disapear" or over write by other new invoice with same invocie number

we have about 3-5 disappear invoice every month, in simple terms is we will lost 2000-4000 dollar every month since invoice just gone, if search by invoice number a totally different invoice will come up with the wrong amount of payment apply to it and the invoice will just "over write" 3-5 times a month??????

When did you first notice this behavior?

 

Does this behavior seem to occur with any predictability? (e.g., Is it always happening to the same customers' invoices? Does it occur with paid invoices only?)

I had a problem where the software will crash if you are linked to inventoria and the stock level is nil. You have to go back to inventoria and add stock, then search for your original invoice which will have a prefix of DNF (or something like that.) Delete the invoice and start again.
