w15kyTango Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 I have been playing around with this for a little while and am trying to import a .csv file into the program. I can't find anything to help me in the support or through google. I keep getting the message "You haven't matched any records. Would you like to continue the matching process?" I get my data in the import field and there is nothing in the "Copper Fields" or the "Matching Import Fields" columns. Any help would be appreciated. N_C_H_OMG Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 What version of Copper are you using? Are you on MAC or Windows? On my Windows 7 machine with Copper version 1.22, I can import items easily.
