midmet Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 Hi, I seem to have a problem with statements printing even though there is a nil balance. It appears to be in instances where i have issued a part or full credit to clear the balance, but not in all cases! I have recalculated the balances in the view customer box and although the customers do not appear on my unpaid accounts report, as soon as i print the statements, the system keeps generating these nil balance ones!!
