Arpit Nagar Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Could you please give some knowledge where does the database resides in system....
N_C_H_OMG Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 If you are using Win Vista or later, the database is located under ProgramData folder. For example: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Copper Although possible, manually modifying these data is NOT recommended as it can result in undesirable consequences such as data corruption, crashing of Copper, or hard-drive catching fire ;-)
eidolon Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 O a Mac it is in User/Library/Application Support/Copper/Shared
joelw Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 on this particular topic is there an alternate location that is used on windows xp. I have a customer who uses copper and I need to move the data to a new windows 7 pro machine. The data backup and restore functions are not enabled as in greyed out what should / can I do to restore the data. I attempted to contact via email and other options with no response as of yet thanks ahead of time.
