For example: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Copper Although possible, manually modifying these data is NOT recommended as it can result in undesirable consequences such as data corruption, crashing of Copper, or hard-drive catching fire ;-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

joelw Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 on this particular topic is there an alternate location that is used on windows xp. I have a customer who uses copper and I need to move the data to a new windows 7 pro machine. The data backup and restore functions are not enabled as in greyed out what should / can I do to restore the data.
