NewUserer Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Within 1 week after I purchased and installed Express Scribe, it crashed my computer 3 times, each time I tried to do it again to make sure it was because of the ES, and after 3 times, I am totally sure about that. I totally lost my confidence about your product, and it came with so many junk software shortcuts... but you do NOT allow refund!!! I don't understand this. They will be happy to try and help solve the problem for you. And if you're still unhappy with the product they can process a refund for you.
