sanguinearts Posted March 20, 2013 Share Posted March 20, 2013 I downloaded the trial of Debut a week or so ago and then purchased the licence key. It all worked fine for a while but today every time I try to open the program it is causing Windows 8 to restart, giving the info 'BAD_POOL_HEADER" on the blue screen. I have tried logging a debugging request but I am unable to get into the program to get the version number. I've tried looking at it through Windows Explorer, finding the program and right clicking for properties, but not version number is given. Having logged this problem I was advised to reinstall a new Debut setup file over the top to fix most problems. However, this also caused a restart with the same problem. I am not having this problem with any other programs, only immediately after starting Debut. Thanks for any advice you can offer! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
