Linda G Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 I am having this exact problem! I've been working on this for 2 days and cannot get ES to work correctly. I have used the free version of ES for many years. I purchased the newest version today, thinking it would fix my problem. WHAT A JOKE!! Same problem. Does not rewind and I cannot figure it out. Never had problems with the free version. Not at all happy with NCH. If this is not addressed shortly, I am going to uninstall and request a refund. This is ridiculous!
