Won't load files, says its copyrighted or insufficient memort

I just downloaded express scribe (trial version), and when I tried loading a file it told me that it can't create a copy because it's copyrighted or there is not enough memory on my computer. I made sure it's not copyrighted, can it really be that I don't have enough memory on my computer? I cleaned out my TEMPS folder not too long ago...And it plays normally in Windows Media Player. How can I tell if I don't have enough memory, and how can I fix it?
