TCShain Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 Hello folks, Does Inventoria have a feature that allows customer returns to be placed back into Inventory? I see the sell option and have set up a customer, but if for any reason the customer needs to return an item, is there a clean way to track which customer made the return? From what I see, the only way to add inventory is to use the "Receive" feature. But there is no option to receive returned equipment from a specific customer. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
