application window not opening but shown in process of task manager

Debut application does not run again after I closed the debut windows. When I check it in task manager, it is shown in the process tab.

No matter how many times i click the debut icon, it doesnot open.

To fix it, I have to restart the windows 7 to run debut, but once i close it, problem starts again.
