autmn
I've discovered quite a few of the Mp3 and WAV format files I feed into Express Scribe are cutting off early. Usually only a few seconds, but I've lost several minutes at the end of some of the longer ones. I have to keep opening the files in another program to play the last parts without ES. This is awful when I have hundreds of small files to queue, I have to keep checking them all to see if I missed anything. It's very difficult to tell anything is wrong. I didn't realize this was happening for a very long time until someone told me I hadn't completed a transcription. Is there something I can do? I'm using v5.55 under Win7x64. carolyn@islandtype.com
Some of my files are also cutting off early ... I'm using v5.56 with Win 8.
sabmad
Posting to hopefully get a reply. Same issue, files not loading fully. Example: only 1:59 minutes loaded, checked the file length and it was actually 3:44 minutes in length. I have v5.56 also with Windows Vista. Anyone have a resolution?
