A couple of questions

Having a look through the forum, I notice that a few people are having problems with Paypal.

The problem I have is the same as most, ie. I get "Error: This credit card gateway is not properly configured."

I know all my setting are correct, because it's the same API I use for my WHMCS software.

Any suggestions?

 

Secondly, how do I use the cloud access? Whenever I click the check box, I get the following error: "Provisioning Failed: failed to provision an account for relay server. Please try again later."

Emailed NCH, nothing.

I understand the whole paid support priority thing, but a week and no response from them. If I could get answers to my questions our company was planning to purchase, shame really.
