Another forum for transcription questions

I just bought my foot pedals, headphones & have loaded Express Scribe but have lots of questions that aren't addressed in the help menu or this forum. I just found a forum called "Transcription Haven" that is just LOADED with useful information about software, hardware, and anything else you need information about. They do ask you to answer a few questions about yourself which seemed odd but was necessary to view the forum -- and it was well worth it. They are nice folks with years of experience and knowledge about transcription.
