Guest kparkk Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 When transferring a call, I would like to use different pre-recorded.wav files depending on which OGM the call is transferred from to announce the caller to the call-receiver to either accept or reject the call....for example "You have a call from a current client Press 1 to accept Press 2 to reject" or "You have a call for more information Press 1 to accept Press 2 to reject" Right now, anytime a call is tranferred, I can only use the same message & don't know how to detect where the calls are coming from...so the accept & reject is really useless.
