Video and snapshots not saved

I have downloaded the free version to see if it works OK. My notebook PC has an internal Webcam and the software works OK. But when I switch to the external USB Webcam (Logitech) the software does not work. I can see the image on the screen in the normal preview, but if I click "Snapshot" or I record a video it is not actually saved - no warnings or errors, just no image or video. We have tried it on four computers with the same results. Am I missing something? Is this a "feature" of the trial mode? I don't feel like spending $40 to learn if the product works.

This bug shows itself when a camera uses RGB mode. It is fixed in the latest beta release. You can try the beta version using the following link: http://www.nchsoftwa...debutsetup.exe.

 

Thanks, however when I click on the link Firebox does not understand it; it literally tries to navigate to "http://www.nchsoftwa...debutsetup.exe". Can you provide the entire path?
