Trial Expired ...but I never had one

Greetings,

In early July this year, I purchased Sound Tap and have used it 4 or 5 times without any hassles.

Now I get the pop up window saying my 14 day trial period has expired. It also gives me the option to enter my purchase code and I.D Key.

So I do that and it lets me into Sound Tap. Looks like I have to do this every time I want to use the program.

 

Any commenst or advice?
