Transfer from Zire 72 to PC

Hello,

I'm trying to transfer some dictation files from my zire 72 to a PC. WHen i try to FTP (using softtickPPP), it won't login, either with a password or anonymously. Other apps are able to work.

Palm Dictate crashes Versamail with a DataMgr.c, Line:7399, DMwrite:DmWriteCheck failed error, which requires a PDA reset.

 

Any suggestions?
