Importing & Exporting Data to / from Inventoria

Hi,

I have just downloaded a free copy of Inventoria Stock Manager & have successfully imported data from a CSV file. I was wondering if it supports other types of files like MS Excel?

 

I would also like to know if the data from Inventoria can be exported out & how.

 

Besides, when importing files, Inventoria has pre-determined categories like Item, Categories, Location, Quantity, Cost, Sell. Am I allowed to create or omit some categories which I need? If yes, please advise the steps to take.

if you could please explained to me how you imported the files on the free software. i wanted to copy the back up data from a registered software to the free one on another computer.
