SFDeeJay
Several years ago, when I became aware of NCH software, after purchase of several excellent programs I regularly received emails on no-cost upgrades. Why has the company discontinued email notices? I depend on these emails to upgrade on time, then purchase a new license when appropriate. Just noticed that another customer posted a request for critical info (moving to a new computer) over a month ago, and no one has responded. Has NCH grown so much with many sales of reasonably-priced software that they no longer care to keep old customers?

Has NCH grown so much with many sales of reasonably-priced software that they no longer care to keep old customers? I'm not sure how it worked several years ago, but currently we only check for new releases for 90 days.
