Black printing

I have today downloaded the card software and i have designed my cards.when i came to print my cards all i got was black where the design and print should be.Has anybody else found this happens.I have checked all my inks on my printer and that is working ok.

I'm having the same problem and don't know what I've done wrong.Just downloaded the program last night.The help doesn't really help either

I'm using Windows XP and an Epson 800 Artisan.I was briefly able to export and use foxit reader and print but can't do that now.Not sure why

When you get into online printing, you may find a spec that would ask you to state the color option you want for your business cards. There's 4/0 which mean you get full color front with blank back, this is much like the usual business cards, except that you can have the whole front panel printed with color to go with the black texts, say full-bleed yellow or pale green on the background.
