Sony msv files

I need help. I installed the Sony plugin for Media Player, but Express Scribe still refuses to play the msv files. I get an error messge that says I must install the Sony plugin. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I need to get this going for the work that I do.

I had this problem also and had to contact tech support. Turns out my Direct X was not up to date, so I had to go to Windows update and download the latest. Works fine now! Hope this helps you.
