Dividing tracks

I'm probably being dense but here is what I'm trying to do. I have recorded a video and each track of say thirty is a separate file. I drag all of them into the place where you put clips. I then make a dvd and everything works fine. However, when I play back the dvd it is one long track. I would like to retain the individual tracks and maybe have a menu so that you can pick which track you want to see. At this point, it is a matter of fast forwarding and hoping you can find the song you want. I guess it isn't terrible as you could make a list, but I sure would like to hop around to individual tracks.
