gbowling
Running win7 professional on a dell 6500 laptop. I tried videopad and like it's ease of simple editing. However, when I try to "save movie" the program crashes. It does this every time, no exceptions. I cannot save a movie of any type. I thought maybe it was due to using the un-registered version. Since I like the program, I went ahead and paid the money to get it registered. However, I still have the same problem. I can't save a movie at all. I've even tried adding a simple 10 second piece of media, hitting the "down arrow" and immediately trying to "save movie" and it crashes. I'm not sure what else to try. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
gbowling
The problem appears to be an incompatibility with the software package "Tunebite" which is an application to convert AAC audio files to mp3. Tunebite creates a virtual CD-ROM device which causes videopad to crash when you try to "save movie." Thanks
