Is it possible to use a password?

Hello,

i am trying to get used to IVM and Express Talk.

 

Is it possible, that when someone calls me and (ivm takes over) presses 2 for support and is asked for a pin, that the caller can enter the pin and is transfered to an other number or ext.?

if yes, how can i do this?

 

or do i need axon as well?

Direct your Option 2 to a new OGM.

 

New OGM Properties

General Tab

- Set a Wav file telling them to enter the PIN

- Set the Wait time for long enough for them to enter it.

Key Response Tab

- Select Data Entry at the top

- Click the Help button and read that
