Remote Monitoring Issue

Hi all,

 

I have been using VRS in my call centre for about 2 months now and I have noticed an issue where the check box for "Allow others to listen live with Remote Monitor streaming" is checked but on computer restart this setting is being lost. This means that when I connect to a computer via Remote Monitor it only displays a disconnect button. This is having a pretty big impact on listening to calls as I have to go to each desk and turn it on each day which is VERY time consuming.

 

The user account is a local admin and has appropriate privileges. There is also only 1 user that uses the machine.

 

Any help or options would be great
