rxqse Posted December 20, 2010 Share Posted December 20, 2010 "Comic Sans MS"]USB 2861 Device (from Roxio) WAS working well before purchase of DEBUT. Now that I have the upgrade software, it will not work. In the OPTIONS page, the USB 2861 Device WAS listed in the Video Capture section. NOW the device is listed in the WEBCAM section and nothing works. I have tried the re-check the button for 'Other devices' and nothing changes. My computer still recognizes the USB 2861 device in the control panel and all of the drivers are there . My computer states everything is working correctly. I have removed the DEBUT software from my computer and reloaded it. Did not help. I am running v 1.49.
