Call Queue

I use IVM with VOIP (3 lines), I was wondering if I can create a call queue for when the caller is waiting for the phone to be answered or when there is a caller ahead of them.

Hi,

 

I don't think this is possible in the IVM system.

 

Have you considered using http://www.asterisk.org/ - an open source pbx?

 

You could have the ivm filtering your calls and then xfer them to your call queue on asterisk?

 

You could bounce between the two systems and come up with a very powerful solution!

 

Hope this helps - or at least gives you an idea
