Problems with outbound calls with Voip line

I have problems witn de outbound calls with a voip line.

i receive calls perfectly.

I have audiocodes MP-118 FXO as proxi , i have problems at the moment of authentication.

i configure the line in IVM but when i apply the changes the log give me this:

 

11:33:39 Register attempt for proxy sip:3427@172.16.98.142 failed

11:33:39 500 Server Internal Error

 

Please i need an answer.
