Transcription Service Expansion?

Operating small transcription service currently but would like to expand. My thought is to have direct dial in dictaion capabilities. I would like to get clarification on whether dial dictate will work for what I want to do.

 

Can I assign a specific phone numer to approximately four persons to call in directly with their dictation using Dial Dictate Basic? I don't want the client/customer to have to purchase anything.

 

The more I read about it the more confused I am. Currently have express scribe, switch etc. find them great.
