XviD & H.263 implimentation fails

When I try to do a single pass video with XviD the video comes out in black and white with diagonal black and green bars across the video.

 

When I try to do a 2-pass video, the first pass goes fine but I get a "Failed to create your movie" error on the second pass.

 

When I try to use the H.263 codec, I get a "Failed to initialize the video output" error.

 

Any idea when these bugs will be fixed?

Hi,

 

A couple of questions:

 

1) For Xvid what is the video file format and resolution you're using when compressing to Xvid single pass? BTW, 2-pass encoding is not supported.

2) For H.263, what is the resolution? There might be a problem with bitrate. Try going to Encoder Options and changing the average and maximum bitrates to 512.
