Kerihalas
We are just getting a practice set up on this. They are still in the trial period, but the 2 doctors' voice files are overwriting each other because Express Dictate assigns the same # to start out with...i.e. Dr. #1's file is VN50001 and so is Dr. #2's. We need to know how to alter that file! Any help is appreciated!

In Options -> Sending, click "New recipient..." or "Properties..." to show the "Send to Typist Recipient Properties" dialog. Assuming you aren't using the Express Delegate send method, on the File tab you can change the "File name format" setting. After registration, each copy would have a different value for the %userid% variable. You're getting the same file names from different users because all users have the ID of zero until they register.
