cliffaddy Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 I just started evaluating Express Talk for our company. I'm rather mystified by the ring device. I'd like the incoming calls to ring over the speakers, which works fine. What I find confusing is that *outgoing* rings also are routed to the speakers, as are keypad tones. Is this on purpose and, if so, ... why? Can I set up ET to use the speakers *only* to ring for incoming calls? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
pythonpoole Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 Judging by your other question, I think you are using the Mac OS X version. The OS X port is slightly different, and from what I've seen, does contain some minor bugs that the Windows version does not. I will say though that the mac version really does not have the large userbase that the windows version has, so it takes a lot longer to find and fix these bugs. The OS X port also hasn't been around that long relative to the Win version so it's still in the 'testing the waters' phase I would say. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
