IVM Virtualization

Has anyone been able to run IVM on virtualized system? If yes, would you please share some of the details. If this is impossible at this time, please let me know as well. Thank you.

You can try, although unless you are using a true hardware virtualization technology like Xen, you will probably experience sound break-ups in the conversation as the traditional 'software virtualization' technology will struggle to provide stable performance.
