collkc
I installed SoundTap as part of a suite of programs when I was trying to get ExpressBurn. It launched immediately and gave a message stating that it was going to set itself as my default playback device, but my system would revert to its original settings when SoundTap was Shut Down. Well, that's not true. SoundTap is now my only functioning playback device. No audio will come out of my computer unless SoundTap is running in the background. Can someone please explain to me what needs to be done to change this?

Staia
Same happened with me. Have you gone into Control Panel, Sounds and Audio devices, click Audio and check that the Sound Playback is set to the Default device and not Sound Tap? That should work. Stasia.
