Can't add new item to invoice

I'm trying to use Express Invoice 2.20. When I am creating an invoice, it says to double click in the item area to add an item. Nothing happens at all when I click, double click, triple click, etc. I do have items in the item list. Anyone seen this or have any ideas? Thanks.....

I have the same problem .... I had the free version and I was able to add items, but i have bought the software and now it seems I am unable to add to the fields...can someone please tell me how to do this? I am getting very frustrated with it!!!

I worked with Tim in support and narrowed my problem to a conflict with a mouse/keyboard utility called Pitaschio. Disabling it allowed double clicks to add items. I would try closing or disabling all programs possible and see if it works again. If so, start the programs one by one to see which one recreates the problem. Meanwhile, I've suggested that they add a button for adding items to avoid this problem.

sorry for the late reply ( been sick with swine flu ) ...

 

at the bottom of the home page there is a tab marked " ITEMS " click on the add new items and add the items in that field.
