help wioth quantity column

i have just discovered this software and it looks brilliant. i am still tweaking the settings to fit in with my business. i need help with a query please.

 

In the first column it says quantity but if i enter a single figure for instace a 5 or 7 when i print it out it shows up as 5.000 or 7.000 and if i enter half amounts ( i also sell items by weight as well as single units) for instance 3.5, it shows up as 3.500.

Is there a way to just work with 2 figures so i can get rid of the 2 last zeros, so that 3.5 would show up as 3.5 and not 3.500 and a single unit of say 7 would say 7 instead of 7.000, i have tried looking thru options but cannot find any mention of it. thank you

i still havent solved this problem and wondered if anyone has the paid for version and if its possible to change the quantity in that version, i dont want to pay to upgrade if i am unable to change the quantity column. it is totally not right for my invoices with the amounts showing as they are. thanks for any help.
