NOTE: System-wide hot-keys must be reconfigured if upgrading from an earlier version. Added: "Time remaining" time display mode. Added: Time display format option. Added: "Enable system-wide hot-keys" option. Added: Channels window values are now saved and loaded when Scribe is quit and relaunched. Fixed: Welcome message could reappear after being deleted. (No longer assume window X position of 0 means first run). Fixed: "Notes -> Insert -> Sender's Details" and "Notes -> Copy to Clipboard -> Sender's Details" no longer corrupt memory for long strings. Fixed: Channels window values are no longer reset to defaults when switching to Scribe Mini. Fixed: Channels window wasn't reappearing after minimising the application window using hot-keys. Fixed: "Load Dictation File(s)" dialog's list view now shows folders before files. Fixed: "Load Dictation File(s)" dialog's column widths are now saved and loaded. Fixed: Additional columns weren't being populated by XML tag data if the XML tags weren't at the beginning of the notes. Fixed: Dictations that have been added to the dictation list but have not yet finished loading no longer showing random durations. Fixed: Improved background thread management for better stability. Fixed: Memory was being leaked every time a dictation was loaded if "Speech to Text" was enabled. Changed: Improved foot pedal and hand-held controller support, including:Automatic detection of plug and play controllers in the "Controller Setup Wizard". Controller status icon in the main window status bar (updated in real-time for plug and play controllers). More flexibility when mapping buttons / pedals to application commands. Improved interface for testing a configured controller. Improved support for controllers with more than three buttons / pedals. Improved support for tap lock. Support for serial ports other than COM1 / COM2 / COM3 / COM4. (Windows) No longer need third-party components such as piehid, vecusb, or vis. (Windows) Improved support for 64 bit versions of Windows. Consistent user interface between Express Dictate and Express Scribe. [*]Changed: DVS file decoder now reads files in LP mode and updated SP mode. [*]Changed: Now abort loading of queued dictations on startup if last run didn't exit cleanly. [*]Changed: Tray icon context menu items are now disabled when a modal dialog is open. [*]Removed: No longer check registy write permissions on application startup.
