auto dialer problems

looking for help with an auto dialer problem it makes the first call but before the first call is even completed it says it dials the 2nd number it initiates the sip call (which i have no idea what that is) then i recieve error messeges sayin no server specified in the address or phone number.

 

Then it says i must specify an adress.

Here is what the command lines say.

12:07:04 Call disconnected

I dont know why this is happening all i would like the auto dialer to do at this point is call my list and say my omg.

 

I am also having a smaller problem of not being able to set my own IVR profiles through the web interface. I have enough profiles and omgs but it says i do not on my licesense even though it says under it that my current selection is able to have more of them if anyone could help with this i appreciate it.
